Policies  

Walks are held Rain or Shine!  

Walks are off-leash ONLY! 

Dogs new to the group are started on-leash for a period of time until they can safely be let off-leash.

• Must have strong recall
• Puppies must be enrolled in puppy classes
• Must be trained and obedient 
• Dogs must have current DHLPP, Bordetella and Rabies vaccinations
• Dogs must be on a flea and tick control program - Advantage or Frontline
• Dogs must be a minimum of 6 months of age to join group walks
• Dogs 9 months of age or older must be spayed/neutered

 

Payment Policy

Checks should be made payable to “Doggie Business”. Clients will be billed once a month at the end of the month for services already performed.  Billing will occur during the last week of month. Payment is expected to be made within the first 5 days of the new month to maintain “good standing” status.  Clients that are continually tardy risk being cut from services.

24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a full charge for dogs not available for group pick-up.  Only 1 free “no show” allowed per year!

All other holidays are scheduled walk days.  Make sure you mark your calendars!

Weekend group walks are not available.  Private walks are subject to additional charges on Holiday Weekends.




Boarding Policy

Dogs are required to be neutered or spayed.  Must be house broken, well-mannered, calm disposition, clean, groomed, healthy and on a once-a-month flea & tick control program.

 

                               24 hour notice required to avoid pet sitting cancellation charges
                              Clients will be charged for any damage to property
